Terms of Service

Updated: June 2, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bordfeed at bordfeed.com, including the dashboard, the Feeds API, webhooks, email digests, documentation, and any related services we provide (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Bordfeed is operated by:

Craftled, MB Eduardo Andre 14-5, LT-02232 Vilnius, Lithuania Registration: 305722486 VAT: LT100015273316

For inquiries, contact support@bordfeed.com.

Bordfeed is owned and operated by Craftled ("Craftled", "we", "us", "our"). Emails sent to addresses at bordfeed.com are received and handled by Craftled.

2. The Service

Bordfeed is an API-first platform that lets developers and businesses create feeds of curated, AI-enriched job data. We aggregate job postings and company information from publicly accessible sources, structure and enrich the data, and make it available through a dashboard, a REST API, webhooks, and email digests.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid breaking changes to the public API and to communicate material changes in advance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account or enter into any commercial agreement with us. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Accounts and Organizations

To use most of the Service you must create an account. You may sign up with an email and password or via Google sign-in.

  • Account accuracy: you must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
  • Account security: you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Notify us immediately at support@bordfeed.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • Organizations and team members: you may create an organization and invite team members, subject to your plan's seat limits. Organization owners and admins are responsible for managing their members' access and for all activity within the organization.
  • Roles: access within an organization is governed by roles (owner, admin, member). You are responsible for assigning roles appropriately.

5. API Keys and Acceptable Use of the API

The Feeds API is accessed using organization-scoped API keys (prefixed bf_live_ and bf_test_).

  • Keep keys secret: API keys grant access to your organization's data and consume your credits. Treat them like passwords. Do not embed live keys in public client-side code or public repositories.
  • Responsibility: you are responsible for all usage and credit consumption under your API keys. You can revoke and rotate keys at any time from the dashboard.
  • Rate limits and fair use: you agree not to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or credit metering, and not to use automated means to consume the Service beyond your plan's allowances.
  • No improper redistribution: you may use the job data within your own products and services, but you may not resell, redistribute, or republish bulk raw data dumps in a manner that substitutes for the Service or is designed to create a competing data product.

6. Plans, Billing, Credits, and Refunds

Plans and subscriptions

Bordfeed offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (currently Pro, Max, and Ultra). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. Where a free trial is offered, you will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees, including renewals, until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

Credits

Some usage is metered in prepaid credits (for example, feed API calls and webhook deliveries). Credits are consumed as you use the Service and are recorded in your account balance. Credit purchases are processed via Stripe and are added to your balance on successful payment. Credits have no cash value outside the Service and are not transferable between organizations.

Fees and taxes

Fees are stated exclusive of taxes unless otherwise noted. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, except for taxes based on Craftled's net income. Fees may change; we will give reasonable notice of price changes affecting your plan, and changes will take effect at your next renewal.

Refunds

Subscription fees and credit purchases are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused credits. We may, at our discretion or where required by law, issue a refund — for example, for duplicate charges caused by a technical error, or unauthorized charges resulting from a compromised account. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law, including any EU/UK right of withdrawal. To request a refund, email support@bordfeed.com with the details of the charge.

7. The Job Data

The job and company data made available through the Service ("Job Data") is aggregated from publicly accessible sources and processed using automated and AI-based methods.

  • No warranty of accuracy or completeness: Job Data is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any posting is accurate, current, complete, or that a role is still open. AI enrichment may contain errors. You should independently verify any information before relying on it.
  • Source attribution and links: Job Data may reference or link to the original source. We do not control those sources and are not responsible for their content or availability.
  • Your responsibilities when using Job Data: you are solely responsible for how you use Job Data in your own products and decisions, and for complying with all laws that apply to that use — including data protection, employment, equal-opportunity, anti-discrimination, and consumer-protection laws. You must not use Job Data to unlawfully discriminate, to harass individuals, or for any unlawful purpose.
  • Removal of personal data: if Job Data served through your feeds contains personal data that an individual asks to have removed, we will process such requests as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data, without our prior written authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by overwhelming our infrastructure.
  • Upload or transmit malware or any code intended to interfere with the Service.
  • Reverse engineer the Service except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Use the Service to build a product that simply re-exposes our raw aggregated data as a substitute for the Service, or to compete with Bordfeed by replicating its data product.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use another party's account or API keys without authorization.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate access, and report violations to law enforcement.

9. Customer Content

You retain ownership of the configuration, content, and data you submit to the Service, such as feed filters, organization details, and webhook endpoints ("Customer Content").

You grant Craftled a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service to you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your Customer Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, dashboard, API design, documentation, design, and the Bordfeed name and logo — is owned by Craftled or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or development purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you believe content on Bordfeed infringes your intellectual property rights, send a notice to support@bordfeed.com identifying the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and a good-faith statement. We review such notices in good faith and may remove or restrict access to content we reasonably believe to be infringing.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on and integrates with third-party services (for example, Stripe for payments and Google for sign-in). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and following a link to a third party is at your own risk.

12. Disclaimers

The Service and all Job Data are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

The Service and its Job Data are informational tools. They are not legal, financial, recruitment, employment, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Craftled, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) EUR 100, or (b) the total amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Craftled and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Service or Job Data, including your downstream use of Job Data; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) your Customer Content.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, your account, or any organization at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or abuse.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may close your account or cancel your subscription from the dashboard or by emailing support@bordfeed.com. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your account and associated data subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — survive any termination of these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice in the Bordfeed dashboard. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the changes.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@bordfeed.com and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for a period of at least thirty (30) days.

If the dispute is not resolved, the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring an action in the courts of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

18. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific order terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Craftled regarding the Service.
  • Severability: if any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
  • No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Headings: section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
