Cookie Policy
Updated: June 2, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Craftled, MB ("Craftled", "Bordfeed", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit bordfeed.com and use our dashboard. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Our Approach
Bordfeed is designed to be lightweight on tracking. We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure, plus a small amount of local storage for your preferences. Our analytics are cookie-free, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because we do not set non-essential cookies on our pages, we do not display a cookie consent banner.
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. "Similar technologies" include local storage and session storage, which a site can use to remember information in your browser. Together they help a site work, keep you signed in, and remember your preferences.
3. Cookies and Storage We Use
Strictly necessary cookies
These are essential for the Service to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They do not require consent under the GDPR or CCPA because they are essential to deliver a service you have explicitly requested.
- Authentication / session: keeps you securely signed in to the dashboard and maintains your session.
- Security: protects against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) and similar attacks.
- Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token to verify you are not a bot when you submit certain forms.
Preferences (local storage)
- Theme: your light/dark mode choice is stored locally in your browser (local storage), not in a cookie, so the dashboard renders in your preferred theme.
Analytics (cookie-free)
- We use Umami, an open-source, privacy-first analytics tool that we self-host. Umami does not set cookies, does not use device fingerprinting, anonymizes IP addresses, and does not track you across sessions or other websites. Because it stores no information on your device, it requires no consent banner.
Marketing cookies
- We do not use marketing, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies may be set by third-party services we rely on, on their own domains:
- Stripe: when you subscribe or buy credits, checkout and payment processing happen through Stripe, which sets its own cookies for fraud prevention and payment functionality. See Stripe's privacy and cookie notices.
- Google: if you choose to sign in with Google, Google may set cookies as part of its authentication flow. See Google's privacy and cookie policies.
We do not control cookies set by these third parties on their domains. Please refer to their respective policies for details.
5. How to Manage Cookies
Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, blocking them may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the dashboard. You can still control cookies and local storage through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Cookies and site permissions
Most browsers let you view stored cookies and local storage, delete them, and block them per site.
6. Retention
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser or sign out.
- Persistent cookies (such as a "remember me" session) remain for a set period or until you delete them or sign out.
- Local storage (such as your theme preference) remains until you clear it in your browser.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
